Enrich your app with truly native React Native components for rich text rendering and editing.
Discover what React Native Enriched Markdown has to offer.
React Native Enriched Markdown isn't based on WebView — both the renderer and the editor use native text primitives. Text selection, accessibility, and platform gestures all run like clockwork. Plus, it fully supports the CommonMark standard and many GitHub Flavored Markdown features, giving you rich, consistent Markdown experience.
Render any Markdown as native text, while users can write with a native format bar and outputs clean Markdown. You can use one or both.
React Native Enriched Markdown is fully compliant with the CommonMark standard, and offers many customizable styles like tables, task lists, strikethrough, and LaTeX math, all powered by the high-performance md4c parser.
Our library offers a consistent, truly cross-platform experience across all three platforms. It's built on the New Architecture for ultimate performance and reliability your users expect.
Take your text input & output to the next level and unlock rich text capabilities with React Native Enriched HTML.
React Native Enriched Markdown integrates with system-native menus to provide familiar actions. Text selection exposes Translate, Look Up, Search Web, and Share, while images on iOS get a context menu for copying or saving to the Camera Roll.
The library lets users apply bold, italic, and links using a native format bar, while outputting clean Markdown. It also provides an imperative API for toggling styles and managing links programmatically.
Our tool offers VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android) support with proper semantic roles. It also respects system font scaling, and supports complete right-to-left layout.
Enjoy tappable links that can be handled through your own callback.
React Native Streamdown is our wrapper that allows you to render content as it streams in, so users see text appear progressively rather than waiting for a full response.
Using our tool, you can render mathematical expressions natively, inline or as block elements. Inline math works across all Markdown flavors, while block math is supported with the GitHub flavor.
React Native Enriched Markdown is under active development. Here are some of the features you can expect soon:
Add @mention support to the Markdown editor, so users can tag people, channels, or topics inline.
Bring React Native Enriched Markdown to the web so you can share the same rich text experience across all platforms.
Expanding the editing component with more formatting controls, richer customization options, and deeper parity with the renderer.

Looks very promising! Earlier I had used available solutions like react native pell rich editor. Fully native means native performance and it was missing from very long time I guess

This is definitely the best option for apps running with the new architecture (which you really should be doing at this time).
